All Charming Lobes earrings are made using quality materials, including 18k gold-plated stainless steel. All earrings base metal is stainless steel. All hypoallergenic and no lead or nickel is used. Each design is created with comfort, durability, and everyday wear in mind.

✨ Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out through the Contact page and we’ll be happy to help.

✨How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5

✨ When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Standard USPS shipping may vary but typically take 5-10 business days. Shipping time may increase in late November through the end of December due to peak holiday rush with mail carriers.

To keep your earrings looking their best, store them in a dry place and avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.

At this time, I do not offer custom or personalized designs. New styles and collections are added regularly.

✨ What if I am having issues with my delivery?

We are not responsible for lost packages or late arrival. Unfortunately it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service or usps.com for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later. If you have any issues with package tracking not updating, you can submit a missing mail search on usps.com
